Onions
The onion, also known as the bulb onion or common onion. Onions are commonly chopped and
used as an ingredient in various hearty warm dishes, and may also be used as a main
ingredient in their own right.

Green Bell Pepper
The green bell pepper is a sweet pepper picked before ripening from a plant belonging to the
Solanaceae family. As it ripens, the fruit turns yellow, orange, and then red. However, there are
bell pepper varieties that remain green when fully ripened.

Red Bell Pepper
Red pepper also called bell pepper, red bell pepper, capsicum, or sweet pepper—has a mildly
sweet yet earthy taste. These peppers are fully mature versions of the more bitter green bell
peppers.

Carrots
The carrot is a root vegetable often claimed to be the perfect health food. It is crunchy, tasty,
and highly nutritious. Carrots are a particularly good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1,
potassium, and antioxidants.

Garlic
Garlic is an herb related to onion, leeks, and chives. It is commonly used for conditions related
to the heart and blood system. Garlic is a species of bulbous flowering plant in the onion genus
Allium.

Tomato
The tomato is the edible berry of the plant Solanum lycopersicum, commonly known as a
tomato plant. The species originated in western South America and Central America. Tomatoes
are loaded with a substance called lycopene.

Mushroom
A mushroom or toadstool is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus, typically
produced above ground, on soil, or on its food source. Mushrooms are a rich, low calorie source
of fiber, protein, and antioxidants.

Broccoli
Broccoli is an edible green plant in the cabbage family whose large flowering head, stalk and
small associated leaves are eaten as a vegetable. One of broccoli’s biggest advantages is its
nutrient content. It’s loaded with a wide array of vitamins, minerals, fiber and other bioactive
compounds.

Pumpkin
Pumpkin is a variety of squash that people often think of as a traditional Halloween decoration
or a Thanksgiving pie filling. However, the flesh of the pumpkin plant provides a range of health
benefits outside of popular festivities. Pumpkin is a plump, nutritious orange vegetable, and a
highly nutrient dense food.
